PANDA 

Panda (Ailuropoda melanoleuca; Native language (Chinese : 大熊猫), also known as panda bear or just call it panda, is a bear native to south central of China

This panda is easily recognized by the large, distinctive black patches around its eyes, over the ears, and across its round body. This black and white bear is a folivore which is basically herbivore, with bamboo shoots and leaves making up more than 99% of its diet and will occasionally eat other grasses, wild tubers. In captivity, they may receive honey, eggs, fish, yams, shrub leaves, oranges, or bananas along with specially prepared food.

This giant panda usually or generally lives in a few mountain ranges in central China, mainly in Sichuan but also in neighbouring Shaanxi and Gansu .As a result of farming, deforestation, and other development, the giant panda has been driven out of the lowland areas where it once lived.

Giant pandas are about the size of an American Black Bear. They are about 3 feet (91 cm) tall at the shoulder when they are standing on all four legs. They are about 6 ft (180 cm) long. Males weigh up to 251 pounds (114 kg) in the wild. Females usually weigh less than 220 pounds (100 kg). And don’t forget about their cute lil baby pandas, Giant pandas are ready to have babies (cubs) when they are between the ages of four and eight years. They may be able to have babies until about age 20. Female pandas are ready to have a baby only once a year only in the springtime. There are only two to three days she is ready for a baby. Calls and scents bring the males and female pandas to each other.

Female pandas may give birth to two young. Usually only one lives. Giant panda cubs may stay with their mothers for up to three years. Then they leave her for a life of their own. 

Yea, it’s all cute and stuffs but now Panda is one of the endangered animals. Around 2013, there are only 2.500 giant pandas living in the wild. The fact that illegal hunting is no longer a problem but still hunting a panda is still a big crime, and the pandas can not longer live freely. So please dear people, care for the one without the voice
