K-with Luv

Let me explain, what is K-with Luv?

K-with Luv is an event for all students from SMAN 3 Bandung to learn about Korean culture in a really fun way like by games, fashion show, cooking, and much more stuff. Because according to most students, learning something in a class doesn’t increase or even effect our knowledge so why not learning new culture outside of our school? 

But why K-with Luv?

Firstly, Because Korean culture is a really interesting culture by the look of their food, history, traditional clothes, and myths. Most of us know about Korean culture by their entertainment industry such as K-pop or K-drama. Secondly, we want to change their perspective toward their culture because we noticed that the fact this culture is underappreciated also underrated. And lastly, this festival is a huge opportunity to show your improvisation skill toward new language and you also have a chance to join competitions outside of the school or even in Korea itself

K-with Luv festival will be held on :

Day and Date : Wednesday, 18th September 2019

Time : 07.30 am - 05.30 pm

Place : In “Aula Baru” of SMAN 3 BANDUNG

Events and Activities :

• Annyeong Haseyo 

We challenge all the students from SMAN 3 BANDUNG to speak in Korea for the rest of the day of the festival. But before they start to speak Korean, the committee will give the students a piece a paper with Korean basic words and conversation so don’t worry, if you don’t know any certain Korean words, you can speak it in English  

• Designing your Hanbok

Every class will design their own hanbok who represents their class and choose one student to be the model who will wear the hanbok. The one who picked by their classmates will do the runaway and the judges will rate them from 0-10 and choose the top 3 best hanbok

• Modern Talent

This competition is free to join by every students in SMAN 3 BANDUNG, you can choose :
- K-pop dance cover
- Modelling
- Drama
you don’t have to make a group from the same class. Each class can make a group (maximum : 8 people). This competition will be performed in Aula Baru at 10.00 am and the judges will rate by their chemistry, teamwork, and also, their facial expression. The winners of the competition will be announced at the end of the day.
